3. How do I place an order?
You need to issue us an appointment letter and a letter of confirmation of your order.
4. What is the minimum order?
A minimum order as low as two (2) is acceptable.
5. How long will it take for the workers to arrive?
It will take approximate 60 to 90 days for the workers to arrive in Malaysia from the day you issue us an appointment letter.
6. Can I request for replacement should there be any dissatisfaction of workers’ performance?
Exhaustive group or personal counselling session/s will be conducted with worker/s on work related issue and thereafter, if no further improvement, replacement will be in place.
7. What is the procedure if replacement is decided?
An approximately 90 days waiting period is expected before new worker/replacement arrives.
8. Will I face any problem if the authorities (Police/Immigration) conduct spot checks on my foreign workers?
The answer is “NO” as we import workers legally and in accordance to the Immigration and Home Ministry guidelines. Therefore, all workers will have their legal documents permitting them to work in Malaysia as approved by the relevant authorities.
9. Who shall be the responsible party on behalf of the welfare of the workers?
PROSSUPORT will be responsible for the workers’ welfare and benefits.
