It is said that “small opportunities are often the beginning of great enterprises”.
It was from a humble beginning that it first started by sourcing manpower for security services sector (Ghurkhas) and later embarked on another business platform in managing workers and cleaners. Since then Prosupport has grown by leaps and bounds, and is now a well-established and experienced manpower/cleaning company since 2004.
Prosupport received its first cleaning assignment in January 2004, not long after the company begun its operations from a renowned multi-national company located in Shah Alam. Initially the cleaning contract was started by providing employment to 5 general workers and subsequently increased to 50, consisting of both locals and foreigners.
Today, Prosupport is supplying and managing over 300 workers with the vast majority of those comprising of Nepalese in various industries and services such as F&B, manufacturing sectors and Hospitals. Our clienteles have also grown from a handful to a wide range of companies in 2014 with sales turnover of RM 7 million per year.

Prosupport’s vision is to provide a life transforming experience to our workers who are mainly from the poor and lower classes of the society.
Both locals and foreigners start from the very beginning in their career path whereby their progression kick starts upon receiving offer[s] of employment to receiving stable income and followed by career advancement. This provides an ideal platform for workers to grow, transform and embrace the change together with the company.
In the process of transformation, the worker’s financial need is met; family’s basic necessities are taken care of and quality education for their children is also realized.
